This photography workshop was for me to experiment working in the photography studio using colour; I decided I wanted this would be a good way for me to look further into photography distortion. I chose to do method in a few different ways, once I had the studio set up, I decided to have the coloured plastic in front of the light, so the whole room was lit up by the coloured plastic, these images where the ones where the plastic had covered the whole perimeter.
I also chose to take the images where the plastic only covered only a little section of the image, so it split the image in half. I really like how these ones turned out because you are able to see all the different effects of contrast in the images.
I had the studio set up with the snoot lighting and I also had two different soft box lighting (setting number 1 so the lighting was only subtle) For these images i only put a little percentage of coloured plastic across the camera lens to get a distorted coloured edit.
I also took images of the model in just plain lighting without the coloured sheets. These are just the original edits without any distortion over the image.

I am really happy with how these images actually turned out to be like. I was surprised that the idea of the lighting coloured sheets would actually work on these images, I am also really happy with the lighting I chose to do for this shoot as I used the soft boxes they gave the portraiture a really good definition.
